The Institute of Leadership Development (ILD), set up in the year 1992, is a non-profit registered society promoted by the IFCI Ltd., a leading Financial Institution in India (A Govt. of India Undertaking). The Institute set up at Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan with the initial broad objective of developing an enlightened and motivated work force all over India through education, training, research, consultancy and counselling of workers & worker organisation.
The establishment of the Institute was in recognition of the fact that, alongside the management, the shop floor employees (Workers) have to be provided with opportunities and external facilities of training and development, as are available to others for meeting the challenges of change. In last two decades the Institute has emerged out as an integrated centre for teaching, learning, training and research in all areas across all sector of leadership development.
ILD is located in 33-acre state of the art facilities with built-up area of approx. 50,000 sq. ft. at Jamdoli on the outskirts of Jaipur. Modern accommodation and learning spaces at the Institute are designed to nurture interaction and camaraderie, extending the participants learning beyond the class rooms. Just a few minutes walk away, are the conference halls and libraries equipped with the technology and training aids necessary to support superior acoustics and active discussions among participants. The open and collaborative culture offers unrivalled opportunities for peer learning and networking.

Schneider Electric India Foundation (SEIF)
SEIF is subsidiary of Schneider Electric India, a French multinational corporation that specializes in energy in energy management and automation solutions, spanning hardware, software, and services. Native of France, the company is headquartered in Rueil-Malmaison and is also based at the world Trade Centre of Grenoble with offices throught out the world. As of 2016, the company has 20,000patents either active or in application worldwide and has over 160,000 employees in approximately 100 countries worldwide.
SEIF is a Charitable Trust registered u/s 12A (a) of Income Tax Act 1961 and is having its Registered Office at 63/3B, Govigre Village, Bidarahalli, Hobli, Bangalore 560067. SEIF is involved in providing vocational training and entrepreneur development training to underprivileged school and college dropout youth in the field of electricity and solar energy through its training partners and supporting them for consequent gainful employment. SEIF also imparts Training to the Trainers in the field of electricity and solar energy.
Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB)
The Rajasthan State pollution Control Board(RSPCB) is a body corporate constituted under section 4 of the water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act,1974. RSPCB is an autonomous body of the Government of Rajasthan.
The main objective of this MoU is to Establish a "Centre of Excellence"(COE) for developing a scientific approach, assimilation of the state of the art knowledge in skill development, Skill Development in the field of operation and maintenance of pollution control equipments, problem specific research and development work, studies and projects to sensitize, create awareness, develop knowledge and sharpen skill sets for all levels of work force for bringing in stewardship towards pollution prevention, ecological balance, climate change and green economy.
School of Textiles
Since the inception of institute in 1993, ILD has been conducting lot of training programme in Textile sector. As of now 14420 number of candidate got trained by the institute in Textile Industries across the country. The major clients are:-
The Institute has also conducted one year Post Graduate Diploma in Textile Designing & Merchandising Management in Technical Support from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi.
Since August, 2015 the institute is running 6 months courses on Textile Design Technology (TDT) and Fashion Design Technology (FDT) aligned with NSQF level.
The Institute has qualified & experienced faculty in the area of Textile with the state of the Art Laboratories and Workshops.
The Institute is well poised to conduct 3 years B.Voc courses in Textile, Fashion Designing, Apparel Manufacturing Technology, Merchandising Management, etc.
