Institute of Leadership Development (An initiative of IFCI, a Govt. of India undertaking) invites applications for Empanelment of Trainers/Consultants/Subject Master Specialists/ Key Resource Persons on a need/requirement basis or on-demand basis for conducting training for Bankers/Insurers/NBFCs. The interested individuals should submit their Resume for Empanelment with ILD as Trainers/Consultant/Subject Master Specialist/Key Resource Person to conduct Online/Offline training to Bank Officers/Staff. The Trainers/Consultants/Subject Master Specialists/ Key Resource Persons will be empaneled initially for a period of 3 years which can be extended at the discretion of ILD Management. The empanelment will be purely on a merit basis. The exposure for conducting training in the past, personal qualification, service in the Banking sector will be the major criteria.
